17.The Kentucky Post and Times Star Covington Ky August 4th 1966 Out of the Past Old Civil War tag May be that of a Local Man A Identification tag found near Atlanta Ga. May shine a light of a Covington Civil war soldier the tag is inscripton Co.A E.C. 24 Ky. Research by William Fitzgerald Florence former president of Ky. historical Society Did the researcher on this and found a Elisha Carpenter was on the Muster roll of Company A 24th. Regiment ky. I have a lot of Research papers on him and his War Department papers . I had this on a few weeks ago and took it off.So Please People Don’t order something and never get back with me on it.I have Email the people and have got nothing back from them this has happen a lot this year I had people ordering artillery and they never get back with me. 21.Relics from the Blockade Runner The Minho,The ship call the Minho ran aground off Fort Moultrle on morning of October 20th 1862 This Enfield stock came off the the Minho it has been clean and the brass on the stock also has been cleanthe back stock is missing on this.also have another piece of a Enfield stock showing the impression of the lockplate and three Enfield bullets all are mark base + percussion caps this is a great piece of History only $ 275.00
